Cricket Club Berkhamsted HP4 1HE
NOON - 8PM
Kathryn Jenkin - 5:35PM
Kathryn, a soprano lives in Berkhamsted and is currently singing full-time with the Royal Opera House chorus at Covent Garden. So far this season she has sung as a poor peasant, bridesmaid, cleaner, witch and rioter. The role of Philistine in 'Samson and Delilah' will be more glamorous (although an uncomfortable death beckons). Kathryn's other work includes film soundtrack recordings for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars. Concert work includes Broadway Proms at the Royal Albert Hall with John Wilson, Early Music concerts with Mark Deller both in UK and abroad, Last Night of the Proms concerts in Canterbury, and performances with Adrian Davis conducting at St Peter's Church Berkhamsted. Favourite performance venues so far include The Long Room at Lord's Cricket Ground, the top of the BT Tower, and York Railway Museum. View Full Line Up
